Each week you will receive~

🍨1 Raw dairy item- butter, ice cream,yogurt,cottage cheese etc.
🍺2/3 fermented/craft beverages (kombucha,gingerale,shrubs etc
🍳A dozen free range, multi-colored eggs
🌿1 herbal item (salve, balm, tincture, infusion etc)
👩🍳1 Farmhouse creation (sauerkraut, tallow, jam, soap, pickles etc)
Items change weekly for a unique basket each Friday!

Beautifully Sustainable
We are a mostly sustainable re-created 19th-century village of tradeshops and equipment, a working farm, complete with organic and biodynamic gardens, milk cows and other animals, and a school of heritage skills for adults and kids.
Our barn-full of animals, 19th century trade shops and gardens are open to the public, and our many farm/homestead products are available for purchase in the general store.
