Parties, Field Trips, Weddings & more
We make a great field trip! Bring your school group, home school group, camp or large party to the farm & village for a day of historic and educational fun! Tour the buildings and gardens, see the animals, and stop in the pavilion for lunch. Or if you have more time, set up a few activities such as candle dipping, cheese or soap making or a wild plant walk! groups of all types and sizes are welcome!
Birthday Parties
We love having Old-fashioned birthday parties on the farm, including lots of “old time” skills and crafts. For a very unique day that everyone will remember, bring your child and friends to learn to make a candle, pull taffy, churn home made ice cream or butter, collect eggs in the chicken coop, milk the cow, make cheese or soap, play old time games or other American heritage/Laura Ingalls Wilder activities!
Unforgettable Events
Bluegrass potlucks, photography groups, historic societies, Boyscouts or Girlscouts, family reunions, the farm is happy to host them all! Give us a call for details. Space also available for Weddings and Bridal showers.
